Bike Class January 14th, Rim Brakes!

We will be working with all types of cable actuated rim brake systems.  We will identify, describe, adjust, and replace brake pads on all types of rim brakes that are currently used on bicycles. If we get all the way through rim brakes we will begin a conversation on mechanically activated disc brakes.  We will begin at 9:00a.m. and will end around 10:00a.m.. Arrive a little early and come through the double side door located in the parking lot on the North East side of the building.  See you there.

Bike Class This Saturday 12/12! Fat Bike Event Updates To Calendar

So we have formally started this years bike maintenance classes.  Last week was pretty basic but this Saturday we will be assessment, description, removal and installation of cables and housing.  We will also cover chain wear, removal, installation, and we will go over the use of master links. Class will begin at 9:00a.m. and will end around 10:00a.m.. Come through the double doors an the North East side of the building as the front door will remain locked so we can concentrate.

On another note there are a lot of  with a ton of folks getting into fat biking there are new events popping up all over this winter.  We are doing the best we can to put them all on the calendar as we are made aware of them. Man we need some snow though.

Tune Up Special, New 2015 models are in, New Less Expensive Fat Bikes Coming!

So its that time of the year where it slows down a little work wise so we have started our annual $35.00 dollar tune up special.  Our basic tune trues wheels, adjusts front and rear brakes, adjust front and rear derailleur, checks the wear of your chain adjusts any bearings that need it and we clean and lube the bike from front to back.

We have started to receive new 2015 bicycle models on the floor. 2015 is looking pretty good as far as stock. Keep your eyes on the site because we are in the final stages of dealer paper work that will allow us to bring a high quality fat bike onto the floor for $700 dollars msrp.  As soon as we know for sure I will post up the brand. Bike Class, Saturday December 14th

Last Saturday we went over basic maintenance of a bicycle in the bike class and despite a stinking snow storm we still had people here which was great.

GoPro Hero3 plus Cameras Are In, Bike Maintenance Class this Saturday.

Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving.  Our first shipment of GoPro Hero3+ cameras have arrived and are ready for sale, we have three on hand right now.

Our annual bike maintenance class will begin this Saturday the 7th of December.  Class will begin at 9:00a.m. and will run through 10:00a.m.. Plan on arriving about 5 minutes early so we can get started promptly.  This class will focus on basic maintenance and will provide the foundation for further classes down the road.  We will discuss cleaning, lubrication, inspection of your bicycle, and then we will remove a tire, patch a tube and then reinstall the wheel back onto the bicycle.  If you have any questions send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Only 2-3 Day Wait For Repairs!

We have finally got a hold of our repair timeline.  We are currently repairing bikes in no more than 2-3 business days as long as we don't need to order parts.  This will be a brief lull in the repair work load so if you need mid summer repairs to prepare the some of the best fall riding that is on its way, now is the time.  As always thanks, ride safe out there.
