Saturday January 12th, Spin Class and Bike Maintenance Classes

We've been back a couple days and after all the cleaning we're pretty confident it smells less like dust and moth balls in this place.  Thanks for letting us take a little time to clean and take a little break.

This Saturday the 12th of January we have a couple of thing going on.  Our spin classes are starting with a base fitness level test.  The first class with be from 10:00a.m.-11:00a.m.. The only thing that is a complication is that the first is full for this Saturday.  In light of this fact it has been decided that we are offering another class at 11:30a.m.-12:30p.m., we have a total of eight spots per class and there are still 7 openings as of this moment.  If you are interested call or send and e-mail as quick as you can because we expect this class will fill as well.  Cost per class is $5.00.

We also have bike maintenance this Saturday.  This class is a continuation of derailleur adjustment focusing on the front derailleur.  After I have finished the discussion on front derailleurs we will review rear derailleur adjustment which we went over before the holidays.  So if you missed last time and still want to learn about rear derailleur adjustment you have a second chance.  Bike maintenance class begins at 9:00a.m. and ends at 10:00a.m. come through the side door located on the north east side of the building.  Just a side note too I have had to adjust the calendar a little so the class schedule has changed.
